My health and physical condition are that of an athlete. I am certified as an aerobic instructor. I spend 3 hours per week on free weights in 3, 1 hour sessions. I also do 3 or 4, 1 hour step aerobic classes per week.
Dancing 2 or 3 nights per week Advanced square dancing (up to and including A2) and Round dancing phase 3. Waltz / 2 step-polka etc. / rumba / cha cha / fox trot /
Mountain biking: At least once per week weather permitting. On and off road at state forests throughout N.E.
General note on my physical condition. I do not smoke. I do not drink. I do not get sick very often. I look and feel and act like a person of 20 or 30. Though my experiance and knowledge is that of a person that has been around a bit longer. Praise the lord.
